Return And Refunds


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) are required.

Self-Arranged Return: Contact customer service for the correct return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Notes:

• Customized/personalized items cannot be returned.

• If the return is initiated by the customer, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

• No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

1.Check your bank or payment account.

2.Contact your payment provider.
