Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right size for my trimester?

Our size chart is based on standard US/EU measurements. For early pregnancy (1st-2nd trimester), choose your pre-pregnancy size. For 3rd trimester, we recommend sizing up or selecting styles with adjustable waistbands (e.g., side ties or stretchy panels).*

Do your clothes accommodate plus-size moms?

Yes! We offer extended sizes (up to 3XL) with stretchy fabrics. Check our "Plus-Size Maternity" collection for inclusive options.*

Are your fabrics organic and non-toxic?

Absolutely. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics, and avoid harmful dyes. Each product page lists material details.

How long does shipping take to the UK/EU/US?

US orders arrive in 5-7 business days; EU/UK in 7-10 days. Express shipping is available at checkout.*

What’s your return policy?

Easy returns within 30 days (unworn, tags attached). US/EU customers get a prepaid return label—just print & drop off!*

Is the Sublime® Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra right for me?

The Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra is designed for those who are pumping and nursing multiple times per day, and makes for a great daily wardrobe staple! The ultra-functional, snug design provides hands-free support while pumping and easy clip-down access for nursing, pumping, or both at the same time. Because of these unique design features, this bra is best for those who have already given birth.

The Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra works well for both wireless and non-wireless pumps, but please note that a wireless pump may affect what cup size will work best for you! Be sure to reach out to us if you need help with sizing. 💜

What is the best way to care for my bras?

First, ensure that your bra fits properly. Check that the chest band lies straight across your back, the straps are adjusted, and your breast tissue sits inside the cups.

To best maintain your bras, give them a day of rest between wears (yes, really!). As a general rule, we recommend hand-washing items with gentle soap in cold water whenever possible but washing on a gentle cycle in a laundry/lingerie bag can also work on certain bras. It is always best to line dry your bras; avoid putting your bra in the dryer as this can shorten your bra's lifespan. That said, if you do need to toss a bra in the dryer, be sure to use low heat and avoid drying bras with heavy, scratchy, or sharp things like velcro or zippers, or anything your bra hooks might catch on, such as mesh or tulle.

To store your bras, hang them (by both straps!) on a hanger, or if you keep your bras in a drawer, lay flat any that have molded cups, padding, or foam inserts; folding these bras or inverting the cups can damage the shape of the foam.

The typical lifespan of a bra is 6-9 months. Many factors impact the life of your bra, including how often it’s worn, how it’s washed and cared for, and how well it fits. It’s best to give your bras a day of rest in between wearing them.

Will my breast pump fit with your bras?

Our pumping & nursing bras are compatible with Medela, Spectra, Lansinoh, Ameda, Hygeia, Philips Avent, Motif, Haakaa, and Evenflo, as well as wearable pumps like Willow, Elvie, and Freemie.
