Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Email contact@bumpbabe.com. If the order hasn’t been fulfilled, we’ll try to modify or cancel it.
  • After 24 hours or once shipped: Changes and cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item after delivery per our Return Policy.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Before shipping: Email us immediately at contact@bumpbabe.com with your correct address.
After shipping: We cannot modify the address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and payment options available on Shopify Checkout, including:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
All payments are processed securely. You’ll receive an automatic order confirmation email once payment succeeds.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed after 1AM (Pacific Standard Time), on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery: Standard delivery is approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays can occur due to customs, courier congestion, or peak seasons.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what do I do?
  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update.
  2. If still within the 10-business-day window, please allow the courier more time.
  3. If your order is 3–5 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us so we can follow up with logistics.
  4. If your order is over 5 business days delayed, we may arrange a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

Tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early or leave them in secure locations. Try:
  • Check with neighbors, family, or building staff.
  • Call or visit your local post office with your tracking number.
  • Look for delivery notices left by the courier.
If you still can’t locate your package, contact us. We may request a Police Report for verification. Once verified, we may provide a one-time free replacement.
What happens if my package is Returned to Sender (RTS)?
If returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, you’ll need to cover the reshipment fee. If the issue was caused by the courier or our warehouse, we will reship at no cost after the package returns to us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With tags and original packaging intact
Non-returnable items: intimates (bras, shapewear, nursing wear), accessories, and clearance/final-sale items.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@bumpbabe.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will review and send instructions, including the return address.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (SNAD)?
Email us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a free replacement, or you may request a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.
What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
For buyer’s remorse or fit issues:
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refunds apply to item cost only (shipping fees non-refundable)
  • Refund issued after inspection
Refunds & Resolutions
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to post the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if my order is delayed?
We will confirm delays with the courier. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement shipment or a partial refund. Refunds for delays are handled case-by-case and are not automatic.
I opened a dispute or chargeback — what happens now?
If a dispute is opened with your payment provider, we’ll respond with verified order and tracking evidence. For the fastest resolution, contact us first at contact@bumpbabe.com.
My item arrived damaged — how do I get help?
Send a clear photo or video and your order number to contact@bumpbabe.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution.
I received a legal/administrative notice about my order — what now?

Are your products true to size?
Most items fit true to your pre-pregnancy size. For a looser fit, consider sizing up. Always check the Size Chart on each product page for exact measurements.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the Size Guide on each product page and measure your bust, waist, and hips for accuracy. Our fabrics stretch and adapt through pregnancy.
Can I wear my own bra under your dresses?
Yes — most designs allow you to wear your preferred bra. Some styles include built-in support for a smoother look.
Is shapewear safe to wear daily during pregnancy?
Our maternity shapewear is designed to be gentle, breathable, and bump-safe. If wearing for long hours, take short breaks as needed.
Do your fabrics stretch over time?
Fabrics are designed to stretch and recover without losing shape. To maintain them, wash in cold water and air dry when possible.
What should I wear for special occasions during pregnancy?
We recommend wrap or empire-waist styles, flowy soft fabrics, supportive undergarments, and comfortable shoes for best results.
Product Care
How should I wash my maternity wear?
Most items: hand-wash or machine-wash on a gentle cycle, in cold water, with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Can I use a dryer?
Air drying is recommended. If you use a dryer, choose low heat or delicate mode to protect elastic fibers.
How do I care for delicate fabrics and lace?
Hand wash or put in a mesh laundry bag, wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry. Do not wring or twist delicate items.
Do colors fade over time?
Fabrics are made to stay vibrant. To keep colors fresh: wash inside out, use cold water, and dry out of direct sunlight.
