Orders & Payments

How to Change or Cancel My Order?

We process orders quickly so you can get your items as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order:

Within 24 hours of purchase:

  • Email us at contact@bumpbabe.com.
  • We’ll try to modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet.

After 24 hours or once shipped:

  • Orders can no longer be changed or canceled. You may still return your order after delivery by following our Return Policy.

Tip: Before checking out, double-check your shipping address, size, and items to avoid errors.

We make checkout simple and safe. You can pay using:

All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment gateway. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation for your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Timeframes & Processing

We aim to ship your order quickly and safely.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment.
  • Orders placed after 1AM (Pacific Standard Time), weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard delivery usually takes 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on customs, courier delays, or busy seasons.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what to do:

  • Check your tracking link — it’s in your shipping email.
  • If your package is still within the 10-business-day window, please allow a few more days.
  • If it’s 3–5 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us — we’ll contact our logistics team.
  • If your order is over 5 business days late, we may send a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

How to change my address if my address Is Incorrect?

Entered the wrong address? Don’t worry — here’s what to do:

  • Before shipping: Email contact@bumpbabe.com immediately with your correct address.
  • After shipping: Unfortunately, we can’t change the address once it’s in transit.

If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply.

My Tracking Says “Delivered” But I Didn’t Receive Anything

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early or leave them in safe places. Try the following:

  • Check with neighbors, family members, or building staff.
  • Call or visit your local post office with your tracking number.
  • If it’s still missing, contact us at contact@bumpbabe.com with your order details.

What is your Retun Policy?

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Bumpbabe items. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear (bras, shapewear, nursing wear)
  • Accessories
  • Clearance or final-sale items

How do I return an item?

Starting a return is easy. Just email contact@bumpbabe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

What is considered as Product Issue or Defect (SNAD Return)?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email contact@bumpbabe.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement. If you prefer, you may also return the item for a full refund once it reaches our warehouse.

Can I return if I change my mind or it is a fit-related Return?

If your item doesn’t fit or you changed your mind:

  • You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers cover the return shipping fee.
  • Refunds include item cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Once inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or we offer reshipment of the item.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three to five days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection:

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to reflect it.

My Order Was Delayed — Can I Get a Refund?

  • We’ll confirm the delay with the courier.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:
    • A replacement shipment, or
    • A partial refund

Refunds are not automatic — each case is reviewed fairly.

Yes — our shapewear is bump-safe and breathable for daily wear. It gives gentle support without tightness.  If wearing for long hours, take short breaks and adjust for comfort.

Can I Still Wear a Bra Under Your Dresses?

Yes! Most dresses allow you to wear your own bra for comfort. Some styles even have built-in support, so you can go braless if you prefer a smoother look.

How to Layer Clothing During Pregnancy?

Layering keeps you stylish and comfortable. Start with a soft base layer, add a cardigan or wrap, and top it with a light jacket. Avoid tight outerwear to give your bump room to grow.

What Are the Best Fits for Postpartum Comfort?

Can I Wear Shapewear While Exercising?

We don’t recommend shapewear for workouts. Instead, wear active maternity leggings or support bands that move with you and let your skin breathe.

Will Maternity Fabrics Stretch Over Time?

Our fabrics are made to stretch and recover. They adjust to your body without losing shape. To keep them strong, wash in cold water and air dry.

How Should I Wash My Maternity Wear?

Always check the care label. Most items should be:

  • Hand-washed or machine-washed on gentle cycle
  • In cold water
  • With mild detergent

Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Can I Machine Dry Your Products?

We recommend air drying to keep your clothes in shape.  If using a dryer, select low heat or delicate mode.

Avoid high temperatures to protect elastic fibers.

How to Store Maternity Shapewear?

Fold shapewear neatly and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging, as it can stretch the material. Flat storage helps keep compression and shape intact.

Caring for Delicate Fabrics and Lace

Hand-wash lace or sheer fabrics in cold water. Lay flat to dry — don’t wring or twist. You can also use a mesh laundry bag on gentle machine wash.

Do Colors Fade Over Time?

Our fabrics are made to stay vibrant. To keep colors fresh:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Turn items inside out
  • Dry out of direct sunlight
