Return Policy – Customer Remorse

If you change your mind, all items may be returned within 30 days, starting from the day after you receive your order. Please notify us first to ensure a smooth return process by emailing contact@bumpbabe.com.

Returns for customer remorse are accepted under the following conditions:

  • For items with a manufacturer seal, the seal must be unopened.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories included.
  • You must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-remorse returns.

Once authorized, returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return instructions.


Return Policy – Damaged, Wrong, or Dysfunctional Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or dysfunctional, please contact us immediately at contact@bumpbabe.com.

You may return these products within 30 days from the day after you receive your order for a refund or replacement. This also applies to items that become faulty within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned orders.


Returning an Order

  1. Contact us at contact@bumpbabe.com and state the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide return authorization (RMA) instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it using a carrier of your choice. 
  4. Return shipping and postage must be paid by the customer.

Packing Instructions:

  • Securely pack the items in a sturdy box.
  • Affix the shipping label squarely on the address side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery labels or barcodes.
  • Use the return address provided in your authorization email.
  • Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping provider.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours before the item(s) are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the applicable return policy outlined above.


Lost Shipments

If at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@bumpbabe.com. Allow up to 5 business days for us to investigate the shipment with the customer

If the shipment cannot be located after the investigation, it will be declared lost. You will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.


Refund Process

Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
