Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

This policy sets clear expectations around shipping, order changes, returns, and refunds — so you always know what to expect when shopping with us. Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 1AM (Pacific Standard Time) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier performance, or high-volume seasons.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status anytime using the tracking link provided.

Delays
If your order is still in transit, please allow 3–5 additional business days after the estimated delivery date.
If your order is significantly delayed or shows “Delivered” but hasn’t been received, contact us at contact@bumpbabe.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to sender or delayed. Additional reshipment fees may apply.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Within 24 hours: You may request to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been fulfilled.
- After 24 hours or once shipped: We’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
- Once the order is in transit, it must follow our standard Return Policy once delivered.
Please email contact@bumpbabe.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate apparel (bras, shapewear, nursing wear, maternity underwear).
- Accessories or clearance/final-sale items.
- Gift cards.
Return Types
1. Product-Related Issues
If the item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, email contact@bumpbabe.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
2. Change of Mind or Fit-Related Returns
If the item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days. Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds cover the item cost only (excluding original shipping).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If an order is returned due to customer error (wrong address, unclaimed parcel, refusal of delivery), additional reshipment fees may apply.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Please reach out to contact@bumpbabe.com before filing a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Bumpbabe is not liable for loss or theft.
We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, family, or building staff.
- Contacting your local post office with your tracking number.
If the package remains missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details so our team can assist with the courier investigation.
